1. Acceptance
By registering, signing in, or using the API you agree to these Terms, Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy), Public Offer (/legal/offer), and Refunds (/legal/refunds).
If acting for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.
2. Account & workspace
You may belong to multiple workspaces. You are responsible for password, 2FA (if enabled), and API keys.
Do not sell accounts or share keys with unauthorized parties.
We may require email verification and limit signups per IP/device for trials.
3. Acceptable use
No hacking, spam, phishing, copyright infringement, illegal content, discrimination, quota circumvention, infrastructure attacks, console scraping without permission, or multiple accounts to bypass trials.
Do not send malware, raw card data (except via PCI-certified integrations), or special-category personal data without legal basis.
Comply with LinkedIn, Meta, X, Reddit, Google, and other connected API rules.
3a. Free trials
Limited free trials and the free tier are available without a payment card. To prevent abuse we may check IP address, signup frequency, device signals, and related technical indicators and limit or block repeated trial access.
4. IP
Platform IP is ours. Your content is yours; you grant a license to process it for the service.
Feedback may be used by us without obligation.
5. Data, Google, AI & integrations
Commands.io runs primarily on Google services (Firebase / Google Cloud). A large share of your data is stored and processed on Google servers under their terms and processing regions.
Typically stored in Google: accounts and profiles (Firebase Authentication), Firestore documents (settings, flows, hashed API keys, usage logs, studio content, policies, subscriptions, etc.), files in Firebase Storage where used, server logic in Cloud Functions, and static web hosting via Firebase Hosting.
When you use the AI gateway, prompt builder, flows, chatbots, studio tools, or other LLM features, your requests (prompts, messages, context, supported attachments) are sent from our infrastructure to the model provider you select.
OpenAI: models such as GPT-4o / GPT-4o-mini and others available on your plan are processed via the OpenAI API under OpenAI's privacy policy and terms (https://openai.com/policies).
Anthropic: Claude models (e.g. Claude 3.5 / Claude 4 families), when enabled in your model router, are processed via the Anthropic API under their legal terms (https://www.anthropic.com/legal).
Integrations: you are responsible for connections and data sent to CRM, email, social (/legal/integrations).
We route requests within your Policies and plan; you are responsible for prompt and publication content.
6. API & rate limits
API keys are scoped to workspace and plan. Quota overages may throttle or block until next period or purchase.
We may change APIs with notice in documentation; critical changes include reasonable migration time.
7. Disclaimer
Service as-is. Not liable for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, social, CRM outages beyond amounts allowed by law and the offer.
AI outputs may be wrong — verify before publishing or legal use.
8. Termination
We may suspend for violations (reports to report@legal.commands.io). Request deletion via contact@legal.commands.io.
Retention per Privacy Policy; paid periods not refunded except per /legal/refunds.
9. Changes
Updates on this page with an Updated date. Continued use means acceptance where law permits.
