1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Commands.io you agree to these terms, the Privacy policy, the Public offer and the refund policy.
If you use it for a company, you confirm you may agree on its behalf.
2. Your account
Keep your password and API keys private. You’re responsible for what happens in your account and in workspaces you manage.
Don’t sell or share your account.
We may ask you to confirm your email and may limit sign-ups from one device or network to stop abuse of the free plan.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use Commands.io for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, malware, illegal content or anything that infringes other people’s rights.
Don’t try to break into the service, get around plan limits, overload it or copy it.
Only send personal data your commands process if you have a legal basis to do so, and follow the rules of the apps you connect.
4. Plans, limits and credits
Your plan sets how many commands can be active, how many runs and AI credits you get each month and how many apps you can connect.
When you reach your monthly runs, commands stop running until the next calendar month starts or you upgrade. When AI credits run out, steps that write or think stop working until the next month or until you add a credit pack.
A step that repeats for every item in a list uses about one extra run for every five items.
5. AI and connected apps
AI can be wrong. Check what a command writes before relying on it, and use approvals for anything important.
You choose which apps to connect and what your commands send them. Their terms apply to that data (/legal/integrations).
6. Ownership and feedback
The service is ours. Your content is yours, and you let us process it to run the service.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
7. Suspension and closing
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Reports go to report@legal.commands.io.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, or by writing to contact@legal.commands.io. Paid time isn’t refunded except under the refund policy.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided as it is. We aren’t responsible for outages at the apps you connect or at our providers beyond what the law and the Public offer require.
9. Changes
We update these terms on this page and change the date at the top. Using the service after a change means you accept it where the law allows.
