We don’t offer phone support by default. If you need a call about billing or access, email contact@legal.commands.io with your number and the topic and we’ll arrange one on a working day, Monday to Friday.
What we sell
Commands.io is software you use online. You describe recurring business tasks in plain language, and the service turns them into commands that run through the apps you connect, such as email, calendars, chat, payments and spreadsheets.
There are no physical goods. You get access to the app after you register.
We offer a free plan and paid monthly plans. Each plan sets how many commands can be active, how many runs and AI credits you get each month and how many apps you can connect. You can also buy one-time AI credit packs. Current plans and prices: commands.io/pricing.
Payment, refunds and access
Prices are in USD. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We never see or store your full card number.
After a successful payment you get an email receipt, and your plan shows in Settings, Billing.
Refunds are possible within 15 days of payment if you’ve used less than 20% of what you paid for. The full rules are in the refund policy (/legal/refunds).
