Nature of services
Digital services (SaaS): access to the cloud platform AI Gateway, Flow Engine, and Automation Studio via an account on commands.io.
Services are delivered remotely (SaaS): no physical goods. Access is via the web console after registration.
The platform lets you define recurring business commands in plain English, connect Gmail and Google Calendar, approve actions from an inbox, and receive a daily morning brief.

Commands.io is an AI operations platform. You describe recurring business operations in plain English; the platform runs them using your connected tools.
1. Core product
Commands: recurring operations you define in natural language.
Connections: Gmail, Google Calendar, and additional integrations as listed in the app.
Inbox: approval queue when a command needs your sign-off.
Morning brief: daily email summary of activity and pending items.
2. Pricing
Pricing is shown on commands.io and in your account settings when billing is enabled.
Free tier limits and paid plans may change with notice as described in our Terms.
3. Fair use
Automated runs are subject to reasonable rate limits to protect platform stability.
You are responsible for compliance with third-party API terms for connected services.
Commands.io platform subscription: Monthly or annual access to selected modules (AI gateway, flows, studio, etc.). Final price depends on the plan and usage chosen in the console at checkout. Pay in UAH, USD, or EUR (currencies shown at checkout). Free tier and limited trials do not require a card.
Additional usage units: Tokens, flow runs, API keys, and other metrics per the product catalog in /app/plans. Shown in the plan calculator before you pay.
Payment, confirmation & refunds
Currencies: UAH, USD, EUR. Online payment via LiqPay (PrivatBank) and other connected payment providers.
Order confirmation: email to contact@legal.commands.io, Usage/Billing record in the console, plan activation.
Refunds are available within 15 calendar days of payment if less than 20% of the paid usage allowance has been consumed (tokens, flow runs, API calls, etc. per your plan).
Limited free trials and the free tier are available without a payment card. To prevent abuse we may check IP address, signup frequency, device signals, and related technical indicators and limit or block repeated trial access.
