1. How it’s delivered
Online only, in the app at https://commands.io/app, after you sign in. Nothing is shipped.
2. When it starts
Free plan: as soon as you register (and confirm your email if we ask).
Paid plan: usually a few minutes after Dodo Payments confirms the payment.
If it takes longer, email contact@legal.commands.io and we’ll switch it on by hand within one working day.
Credit packs: the credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.
3. What you get
Everything your plan includes, with its limits for active commands, runs, connected apps and AI credits, plus Activity, the Inbox and the morning brief.

4. What you need
An email address, an internet connection and an up-to-date browser. To connect an app you need your own account with that app.
5. When a paid plan ends
If you cancel, or your subscription ends because a payment wasn’t made, your account moves to the Free plan and its limits. Your commands and data stay saved, as the Privacy policy describes.
