No physical shipping, courier, or postal delivery.
2. Activation time
Free tier and trial: access after registration and email verification if required.
Paid subscription: usually within 15 minutes after LiqPay (PrivatBank) and other connected payment providers confirmation.
If delayed — email contact@legal.commands.io; manual activation within 1 business day.
Renewals: quotas extend after successful recurring payment when enabled.
3. Deliverables
Use of selected Platform, Commands, and Studio modules per paid plan.
Quotas: tokens, flow runs, API keys, content generations per /app/plans calculator.
Policies module, usage logs, documentation, BYOK integrations.
Support: console tickets (/app/support), general — contact@commands.io, billing & access — contact@legal.commands.io.
4. Requirements
Valid email; stable internet; modern browser (latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
For API — TLS client; for integrations — your third-party accounts and keys.
For Studio social — your Meta/X/TikTok developer apps unless platform OAuth applies.
5. End of access
After paid period without renewal — downgrade to free tier or feature limits per plan policy.
Data retained per Privacy Policy; export content before termination where the UI allows.
