1. What can be refunded
Paid monthly plans and AI credit packs.
The Free plan isn’t a purchase, so there’s nothing to refund.
2. When you qualify
You get a full refund if both are true: you ask within 15 days of the payment, and you’ve used less than 20% of what that payment gave you (runs and AI credits, as shown in the app).
Outside those limits we don’t refund, except when we charged you twice, charged the wrong amount by mistake, or didn’t switch your plan on within one working day after you told us.
We don’t give partial refunds for unused time.
3. How to ask
Email contact@legal.commands.io from the address on your Commands.io account, with the payment date, amount and the payment ID from your receipt.
We check your usage and reply within 10 working days of getting everything we need.
Approved refunds go back to the card or method you paid with. Your bank may take up to 30 days to show it.
4. When we don’t refund
Accounts closed for breaking the terms, or extra accounts made to get more free use.
Fees kept by banks or payment providers, and taxes charged separately.
5. Consumer rights
Because the service starts as soon as you pay, with your agreement, a legal right to withdraw from the purchase, such as the 14 day right in the EU, may no longer apply once it has started. Refunds then follow this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits the rights that consumer law where you live gives you.
