Public offer

Agreement for digital (SaaS) services between FOP Florin Boneta and the user of commands.io. This document is a public offer under the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1. Parties & definitions

Provider: FOP Florin Boneta, sole proprietorship (FOP), receives payments and processes refunds, 4 Richkova St, Kyiv, 04073, Ukraine, legal contact@legal.commands.io, general contact@commands.io, https://commands.io.

Customer — an adult individual, sole proprietor, legal entity, or authorized representative accepting this offer by registering, paying, or using Commands.io.

Acceptance — full agreement with this page, Terms of Use (/legal/terms), and Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy).

2. Subject

Digital services (SaaS): access to the cloud platform AI Gateway, Flow Engine, and Automation Studio via an account on commands.io.

Provider grants use of the cloud platform per the selected plan: Platform, Commands, and Studio modules, usage quotas (tokens, flow runs, API keys, etc.), console documentation, and support per plan.

Module list and indicative prices: /legal/contacts and /app/plans. Third-party integrations are subject to their own terms (/legal/integrations).

All plans include Policies; AI via OpenAI and/or Anthropic; storage mainly on Google (see Privacy Policy).

3. Price & payment

Price is determined by modules and quotas selected in the console at checkout. Provider may change public prices; active paid subscriptions change at the next billing period unless agreed otherwise.

Payment in UAH, USD, EUR via LiqPay (PrivatBank) and other connected payment providers. Payment is complete when the payment provider confirms the transaction.

Limited free trials and the free tier are available without a payment card. To prevent abuse we may check IP address, signup frequency, device signals, and related technical indicators and limit or block repeated trial access.

Taxes: console prices may exclude VAT where applicable; customer handles tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

4. Delivery

Remote delivery only. Details: /legal/delivery.

Usually activated within 15 minutes after payment confirmation. Up to 1 business day if manual activation is needed.

Customer receives console access, selected modules, API keys (per plan scopes), and usage logs.

5. Provider obligations

Operate the service subject to planned maintenance (notice in console or email when possible).

Publish current legal documents. Process personal data per the Privacy Policy.

May suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, trial abuse, non-payment, or legal requirements.

Does not guarantee uptime of third-party APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, social networks, CRM).

6. Customer obligations

Provide accurate registration data; keep passwords and API keys confidential; do not share access without agreement with provider.

Use the service lawfully; do not circumvent plan limits or create multiple accounts to abuse trials.

Assess lawfulness of content sent to AI and integrations; configure Policies for your teams.

Pay for the selected plan on time; monitor quotas in Usage.

7. Intellectual property

Platform, code, design, and Commands.io brand belong to provider or licensors.

Customer content created via the service remains customer's; customer grants a non-exclusive license to process it to provide the service.

AI outputs may be similar across users; provider does not guarantee uniqueness or accuracy.

8. Refunds

Refunds are available within 15 calendar days of payment if less than 20% of the paid usage allowance has been consumed (tokens, flow runs, API calls, etc. per your plan).

Full policy: /legal/refunds. Digital service starts when subscription is active; free trials are not paid purchases.

Customer may stop using the service anytime; unused prepaid time is not compensated except per /legal/refunds.

9. Liability

Service provided as-is to the extent permitted by Ukrainian law. No liability for indirect damages or decisions based on AI output.

Aggregate liability capped at amounts paid in the last 3 calendar months unless mandatory law requires more.

Force majeure: natural disasters, military action, third-party outages, government orders — excuse performance while they last.

10. Term, changes, disputes

Agreement runs from acceptance until account termination or end of paid period without renewal.

Current offer always on this page; material changes may be notified by email or console. Continued use after changes means acceptance where law allows.

Claims: contact@legal.commands.io. Disputes resolved by negotiation first. Jurisdiction: provider's location (Kyiv, Ukraine) unless mandatory consumer rules apply.
