1. Parties
The provider is Elegot Inc., a company registered in Delaware, USA, reachable at contact@legal.commands.io.
The customer is anyone of legal age, or a business, who accepts this offer.
You accept this offer by registering, paying or using the service. Accepting it also means you agree to the Terms of use (/legal/terms) and the Privacy policy (/legal/privacy).
2. What we provide
We give you access to Commands.io under the plan you choose: creating and running commands, connecting apps, approvals, the morning brief and the other features your plan includes.
Plan limits (active commands, runs a month, connected apps, AI credits a month) and features are shown at commands.io/pricing and in Settings, Billing.
Apps you connect are provided by other companies under their own terms (/legal/integrations).
3. Price and payment
The price is the one shown for your plan when you pay. We may change public prices. A change to a paid plan applies from your next billing period, and we tell you beforehand.
You pay in USD through Dodo Payments. A payment is complete when the payment provider confirms it. Paid plans renew each month until you cancel.
AI credit packs are one-time purchases. Their credits are added to your account and don’t expire.
Prices may not include taxes that apply where you live. Where the payment provider collects tax, it is shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
The service is delivered online only. Paid plans usually switch on within a few minutes of payment, and at the latest within one working day. Details: /legal/delivery.
5. Our obligations
We keep the service running, apart from planned maintenance, which we announce in the app or by email where we can.
We keep these documents up to date and handle personal data as the Privacy policy says.
We can’t guarantee that the apps you connect or our own providers are always available.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks the terms, abuses free access, isn’t paid for, or where the law requires it.
6. Your obligations
Give accurate account details and keep your password and API keys private.
Use the service lawfully and within your plan. Don’t create extra accounts to get more free use.
Make sure you’re allowed to send the data your commands process, including to the apps you connect.
Pay for your plan on time.
7. Ownership
The software, design and the Commands.io name belong to us or the companies we license from.
What you create and store stays yours. You let us process it only to provide the service.
AI can produce similar text for different people, and we don’t promise its answers are unique or correct.
8. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel a paid plan at any time in Settings, Billing. Your account then moves to the Free plan and your commands stay saved.
Refunds follow the refund policy (/legal/refunds): within 15 days of payment and less than 20% of the paid usage used.
9. Liability
We provide the service as it is, as far as the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on AI output.
Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months, unless the law says otherwise.
Neither side is responsible for failures caused by events outside its control, such as natural disasters, war, government orders or outages at other providers, for as long as they last.
10. Term, changes and disputes
This agreement runs from when you accept it until your account is closed.
The current offer is always on this page. We tell you about important changes by email or in the app, and using the service after a change means you accept it where the law allows.
Send claims to contact@legal.commands.io. We try to settle disputes by talking first. Otherwise the laws of the State of Delaware apply and the courts in Delaware, USA decide, unless consumer law where you live says differently.
